For today's blog, I want to share with you guys what I learned in Computer Application's class. So the first thing that I want to share with you guys is what I learned in this class is how to make a website using HTML. For me, this is the best topic ever in this class because I got a new knowledge of how to make a coding HTML like engineering and computer science courses do. Because my course is in Business Administrative but I got a chance how to use coding HTML to build a website. Thanks to UKM and my lecturer of course Dr. Norazila for this opportunity.
Do you guys know what is HTML? HTML stands for HyperText Markup Language. HTML is a web-based programming language that instructs your browser on how to display text and images on a webpage. Tags are used to identify different parts, put paragraphs and headings, and add photos and videos. Nowadays, learning how to make a website using HTML is very important to everyone. Most universities also already make Computer Application Subject is must we take in every course. This is because it can give a lot of benefits for us in the future.
What I learn in HTML is first is headings. Headings may be one of the easiest codes to learn and they have six different types of headings. What would a nice heading be without a paragraph to elaborate on the message right? So secondly, I learn how to make paragraphs. Next, This is a fun one because it makes everything better, and they make your content a lot more appealing to the reader which is images and video.
So, what is the benefit that we can get by learning HTML? First and foremost, You will have the ability to create unique websites. Sure, there are a lot of websites that offer free or low-cost designs, but that limits what you can do and leaves you with a website that looks exactly like everyone else's. The most effective websites are those that stand out, are interesting, and are memorable in their image of your brand. For example, if you have a business that your run and you want people to buy your product you can just make your business website to ease customers to buy your product. With a creative and wonderful business website that you have, you can gain more customers.
Learning HTML also can make you get more money. Even if you are not ready to shift careers, studying HTML might give you a chance to support your current income. Freelancing your web development services for those who are ready to pay for them is a wonderful way to establish a portfolio, practice your craft, and make some extra money. Also in general, programming and coding are in-demand skills that companies all around the world are looking for. Having a basic understanding of HTML to put on your resume will make you more employable and assist you in finding work.
